How long do custom orders take?
Same hour. Most customizations (mugs, shirts, plaques, laser engraving) are done in less than 1 hour. Same-day pickup. Large orders (50+ pieces) — we confirm timing at checkout.
Can I send my own design or logo?
Yes. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG. Best quality: PNG with transparent background, 300 DPI. Upload at checkout or send via WhatsApp after payment. We approve artwork before printing.
Do you accept company logos / bulk orders?
Yes. For 25+ pieces with company logo, automatic volume discount. Send your logo + qty via WhatsApp +1 (787) 886-9720 for a quote.
Do you ship or only in-store pickup?
Both. FREE same-day in-store pickup, or shipping to all of Puerto Rico. Continental USA shipping available on select products. Cost calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping in Puerto Rico take?
1-3 business days after production completes. Local USPS or in-house delivery in Caguas/San Juan area.
How do I pick up my order?
You'll get email/SMS when your order is ready. Bring ID and order number. Inside counter, Plaza Centro Mall, near food court.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. ATH Móvil in-store. PayPal and Shop Pay online. No cash online.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments for orders $50+. 4 interest-free payments.

Do you accept returns?
Custom products: No returns (made-to-order).
Ready-to-go items: 14 days, unused, original tags. Refund to original method.
Defects: Replacement or full refund.
