A minimum purchase total of $ 40 and an initial deposit of $ 10 or 10% of the total purchase (whichever is greater) is required.
The due date to pay the balance due and collect Layaway items is 30 days from the date that is activated if you do not have membership activated and / or 60 days from the date that is activated if you have membership activated during the creation of this.
If the balance owed and the Layaway items are not paid during operating hours on or before the date indicated on the Layaway receipt, the account will be canceled.
If the account is canceled as stated above, you will have 7 days to claim the balance paid and will be returned in the original form of payment.
Once these 7 days have passed, Dream’s Arts will retain the entire initial deposit and any other additional payments.
No offer is applicable in the LayAway and all the items included in it will be at regular price.
